You will help maintain a safe environment, protect store assets, deter theft, and support customers discreetly. The assignment requires confident incident response, professional communication, and careful adherence to security procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor entrances, exits, sales floors, and designated areas
Conduct patrols and maintain a visible professional presence
Identify and report suspicious behaviour under established protocols




Welcome customers courteously and provide assistance when required
Complete logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately
Requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Excellent observation, communication, and customer service skills
Strong situational awareness throughout the assigned shift
Ability to de-escalate conflicts safely and professionally
Monday-to-Friday availability and reliable attendance
