Lead distribution operations at BSH with shipping coordination, inventory accuracy, and warehouse safety responsibilities. This is an onsite warehouse leadership role.
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations for Blue Streak-Hygrade Motor Products, part of SMP’s Canadian automotive aftermarket business. You will supervise full-time and temporary staff, coordinate order fulfillment, and work with Inventory Management and Customer Service. The role combines operational oversight, employee development, performance metrics, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Direct shipping duties, including customer-order picking and shipment preparation
Receive inventory and maintain accurate designated storage records
Verify packaging, labels, paperwork, and timely shipment delivery




Implement new-hire training and cross-training programs
Review metrics and pursue corrective action and improvement
Requirements: One to three years supervising distribution or manufacturing operations
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills
Microsoft Office proficiency; JD Edwards experience is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally bend or stoop
Bring distribution leadership, inventory control, employee training, and safety oversight to BSH warehouse operations supporting Blue Streak products.
