Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders efficiently, accurately, and with attention to detail. You will support personalized shopping experiences through customer assistance, product substitutions, scanning, and transactions. No previous experience is required, and training is provided for success.
Key Responsibilities: Fill customer orders accurately with quality products
Contact customers about accuracy and product substitutions
Scan products and process customer transactions
Assist customers with general questions courteously
Maintain a positive shopping environment
Requirements: Attention to detail and collaborative approach
Ability to work independently in rapid-paced conditions
Resourcefulness when resolving customer questions
Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Ability to move up to 50 pounds during shifts
