This experienced Application Production Support Analyst maintains application health and restores services during disruptions. The work includes Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, Unix/Linux, Shell Script or PowerShell, and production support processes. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, application, and business stakeholder teams.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor application and production environments
Investigate incidents and resolve service disruptions
Perform remediation activities to restore services
Support application deployments and production changes
Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities
Requirements: Five or more years of application production support experience
Enterprise application production setting experience
Strong Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server experience
Hands-on Unix/Linux command-line operations
Shell Script or PowerShell scripting experience
Apply production support, database, Unix/Linux, and incident management expertise to protect application stability and service continuity.
