Coordinate material flow at Modatek Systems using shipping schedules, logistics coordination, and production planning support. This regular permanent role rotates between days and afternoons.
As Materials Coordinator, you will maintain material movement into and from the plant so production meets customer needs. The position supports Cosma International, part of Magna, through scheduling, transportation coordination, inventory monitoring, and production coverage. Manufacturing experience, strong computer skills, and careful problem-solving are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Create, monitor, and modify daily shipping schedules
Coordinate logistics companies and truck drivers
Expedite material for planners and production requirements




Prepare shipping documents and monitor Advanced Shipping Notices
Monitor inventories, vendor releases, and carrier performance
Requirements: One year of manufacturing experience, preferably automotive
Materials or Supply Chain Management education is an asset
Solid Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMS skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving
Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
Bring logistics coordination, material scheduling, and production support expertise to Modatek Systems and Magna’s automotive operations.
