As Lead Technical Manager Electrification, you will oversee traction power substations and Overhead Catenary System engineering in Quebec. You will align Siemens design teams, the joint venture engineering organization, civil designers, Rolling Stock, and the customer. The work supports a complex tramway project involving rail systems, power supply, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define engineering priorities and allocate detailed design packages
- Review deliverables before submission to customers and partners
- Lead technical reviews with customers and project partners
- Validate assumptions, deviations,



and electrification discipline consistency
- Support procurement through specifications and supplier technical alignment

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- Twenty-plus years’ electrification project and engineering experience
- Complex rail project and system integration experience
- International experience and solid interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
