As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Front Store Manager and contribute to store performance. Your work spans staff recruitment, training, development, motivation, and performance evaluations. You will also support merchandising, financial reporting, inventory targets, and Health and Wellness expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate sales ability and leadership capabilities
Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development
Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care
Support sales, gross profit, EBITDA, and inventory targets
Implement merchandising, marketing, and advertising initiatives
Requirements: Previous retail supervisory experience is required
One to two years of retail experience
Exceptional multitasking and adaptability to change
Proven customer service and communication skills
Experience reviewing and analyzing financial reports
Support Rexall store leadership through sales performance, staff development, merchandising, customer service, and patient care.
