Mitten Building Products seeks a Supervisor, Branch Operations to coordinate Customer Service, Sales, and Warehouse activities. The role oversees branch processes, customer communication standards, purchasing, inventory administration, invoicing, cash handling, CRM documentation, and issue resolution. It protects service levels, compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, develop, and support Customer Service Representatives
Own weekly shipping and fulfillment planning activities
Approve operational exceptions within defined authority limits




Oversee purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and cash controls
Lead customer issue resolution and service recovery
Requirements: Three to five years in branch operations or related management
Experience leading employees in customer-focused environments
Experience with ERP and CRM systems
Strong planning, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Full proficiency in French and English
