Key Responsibilities: Deliver results through teams and local acquisition partners
Allocate resources to grow sales, revenue, and market share
Recruit, manage talent, and plan employee careers
Coach advice, education, and first-contact problem resolution
Address operational, credit, and compliance review gaps
Requirements: Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
Three years’ people management experience
Completed CSI mutual fund branch management exam or examination eligibility
Entrepreneurial acquisition mindset and digital channel ability
