CMC Markets seeks a client-focused Sales Executive for its Canada Client Management Team. You will support premium client onboarding, identify sales and cross-selling opportunities, maintain accurate CRM information, and manage inbound queries. The position requires solid communication, negotiation, product knowledge, and regulatory awareness. You will also help improve client experiences while representing the CMC Markets brand.
Key Responsibilities: Support premium client onboarding proactively and promptly
Identify high-value clients and relevant sales opportunities




Cross-sell products and services to existing clients
Manage inbound queries professionally and efficiently
Escalate client issues to appropriate levels promptly
Requirements: Bilingual English and French communication skills
Intermediate financial markets knowledge; CFD experience preferable
Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills
Microsoft Office knowledge, including PowerPoint and basic Excel
Relevant undergraduate degree desirable
