Lais Hotel Properties Limited is seeking a Dishwasher Lead to supervise the stewarding team and ensure the dining room and lounge have clean dishes and cookware, washing and scrubbing efficiently while maintaining a superior dining facility.
The role involves training teammates, reporting to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef on duty, and supporting operations in a rapid-paced kitchen. A Safe Food Handler’s Certificate and previous kitchen experience are required.
