Key Responsibilities: Coordinate timely, accurate railcar and truck shipments
Supervise shipping and kiln employees and equipment
Assist with planer production forecasting
Set up and monitor kiln schedules
Meet shipping requirements and target inventories
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education
Supervisory experience in the sawmill industry
Microsoft Office proficiency and learning ability
Strong written and oral communication
Analytical, organized, adaptable, protected work behaviour
