Key Responsibilities: Build and manage referral networks generating mortgage business
Guide customers through mortgage applications and processing
Develop marketing and sales programs supporting business results




Partner with branches to complete mortgage documentation
Resolve or escalate issues during customer service activities
Requirements: Three to five years of relevant experience typically
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
In-depth mortgage lending and regulatory requirements knowledge
Solid sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in French and English
