Reporting to the School Principal, this 10-month position supervises students during lunch breaks. You will encourage respectful interactions, support appropriate play, and communicate concerns. The schedule provides five hours weekly, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch breaks
Monitor behavior and encourage respect, kindness, and inclusivity
Report misconduct and atypical situations to school leadership
Support appropriate play and monitor out-of-bounds areas




Assist with emergency situations and attend required training
Requirements: Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
Minimum one month of experience
Positive communication skills and a positive demeanor
Ability to monitor multiple activities and respect confidentiality
Experience working with children and attending physical needs
Bring communication, supervision, and child-focused support to lunchtime operations at St. Bernadette for York Catholic District School Board.
