This full-time Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator supports branch operations, equipment scheduling, inventory accuracy, and customer service. You will coordinate with branch teams, sales representatives, transportation providers, drivers, vendors, and customers. The work includes managing competing priorities, resolving operational challenges, and supporting effective equipment movements. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment availability and fleet utilization for rental needs
Schedule and track equipment movements with transportation providers
Maintain inventory records and support purchasing processes




Provide information for contracts, quotes, and customer inquiries
Resolve operational challenges and support branch planning
Requirements: Experience in equipment rental, logistics, transportation, or related industries
Fleet coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or inventory management experience
Strong computer, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
RentalMan experience considered a strong asset
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
