Horizon School Division seeks an Educational Assistant who respects Hutterite culture, traditions, and beliefs. You will work under teacher supervision, support children’s learning, and contribute to wellness through responsive school teamwork. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 8:50 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:50 a.m. to noon.
Key Responsibilities: Support instruction under the supervision of the teacher
Work with students individually and in small groups
Support English Language Learners with language acquisition
Learn from and collaborate with the school team
Respond constructively to feedback from school staff
Requirements: Respect Hutterite culture, traditions, and beliefs consistently
Maintain a positive attitude toward children and learning
Work independently and with school staff
Demonstrate willingness to learn with the school team
Be at least 18 for required records checks
