As Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager on targets, profit and loss, policies, and customer expectations. You will support staff development, operational execution, inventory decisions, and brand standards. The position covers business, sales, customer service, and visual merchandising responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations with the Store Manager
Develop, coach, and mentor store staff
Execute programs, policies, and seasonal initiatives
Optimize inventory levels and product selections
Maintain cash accuracy, security, and POS integrity
Requirements: College or university degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum two years of retail management experience
Robust coaching and talent management abilities
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Availability for varied schedules, including weekends
Support Zwilling retail performance through operational leadership, staff coaching, inventory management, and customer-focused execution.
