Key Responsibilities: Deliver and pick up packages safely and efficiently
Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
Load vans and plan routes for effective service
Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately
Explain FedEx service features and requirements to customers
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
No previous experience required
One year of customer service preferred
Full availability for the assigned shift
Valid required driving licence and acceptable driving record
