This full time Personal Support Worker role supports independence within patients’ homes and community settings. You will assist with daily living, prepare meals and snacks, and provide basic housekeeping and companionship. The position requires travel to patient residences within a geographic area.
Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with skin, hair, and oral care
Provide bathing, toileting, and peri-care assistance
Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, and special diets
Complete basic housekeeping tasks for patients
Provide companionship supporting quality of life
Requirements: Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
