Hours: 40 hours/week

Hourly Wage: $24.75 - $26.25 (eligible for gratuities and discretionary wage increases per company policy)

Duties

Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables

Carry and replace linen

Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units

Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs

Load bus pans and trays

Operate dishwashers to wash dishes,



glassware, and flatware

Place dishes in storage area

Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas

Sanitize and wash dishes by hand

Scour pots and pans

Handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash

Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

Requirements

Strong command of the English language

Excellent commitment to service and teamwork

Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays (as the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year)

Ability to work evening and overnight shifts

Great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

On‑job training provided
