As Senior Art Director, you will report to the Creative Director and shape PENN. Penningtons creative expression. Develop concepts, design layouts, direct photoshoots, and guide visual storytelling across campaigns, eCommerce, digital, and retail. This permanent role requires creative vision, design expertise, and influencing skills without direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Translate seasonal brand direction into concepts and mood boards
Develop campaign layouts, presentations, and creative assets
Direct major fashion photoshoots with production partners




Evolve eCommerce photography standards across visual details
Introduce trends and AI-powered creative solutions
Requirements: Eight-plus years in art direction or fashion marketing
Graphic design background and strong fashion portfolio
Fashion photoshoot leadership in studio and location settings
Advanced creative design tools and emerging AI knowledge
English and French bilingualism with robust communication skills
Lead fashion campaigns, photography, and visual storytelling for PENN. Penningtons through senior creative direction and design expertise.
