The Inside Sales Representative identifies prospective customers, reactivates dormant accounts, and handles inquiries through phone, email, and web channels. This position supports quotations, customer communications, retention strategies, and coordinated sales processes. The role serves construction and equipment rental customers while promoting service excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Identify prospects and qualify leads in designated market areas
Explain equipment rental products and services through cold calling
Deliver leads to Outside Sales Representatives and close sales




Reactivate dormant accounts and develop current business plans
Handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer assistance requests
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
One to two years of business-to-business inside sales experience
Demonstrated success cold calling and reactivating dormant accounts
Outstanding listening and communication skills
Software literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
