The position provides patient and family-centered care across assessment, physiotherapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, evaluation, and consultation. Care may occur in hospital, homes, community outreach, or virtually through remote technology.
Key Responsibilities: Assess physical status, functional abilities, needs, and patient goals
Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
Educate patients and caregivers on self-management and injury prevention




Evaluate interventions and document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate on interprofessional care planning and discharge needs
Requirements: Current full registration with the CPTBC
Knowledge of physiotherapy theory, practice, tests, and measures
Effective respectful communication with patients and care teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Physical ability to perform position duties
