Key Responsibilities: Process, verify, and finalize complex multi-frequency payrolls
Maintain records and configurations in ADP Workforce Now
Audit time-tracking data using advanced Excel functions
Complete monthly and year-end payroll reconciliations




Resolve escalated inquiries with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements: Seven-plus years of progressive full-cycle payroll experience
Active Payroll Compliance Professional designation required
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other payroll systems
Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and CRA regulations
Robust auditing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
