Fed Finance is seeking this technician for a client on Montreal’s South Shore. The role focuses on accounts receivable, incoming payments, invoicing, and debt recovery. You will analyse balances, resolve discrepancies, communicate with customers, and support monthly closings and accounting administration.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor customer accounts and outstanding invoices
Process incoming payments and credit customer accounts
Reconcile balances and correct account discrepancies
Follow up on overdue accounts and debt recovery




Prepare payment and account reports
Requirements: Qualification in accountancy or administration, or equivalent experience
Relevant accounts receivable or similar accounting experience
Understanding of invoicing, cash collection, and debt recovery
Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems or ERP
Rigour, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
