The position ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards while supporting consistent priorities across Ontario and Quebec. It also advances prevention through manager support, reporting, training, audits, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret Canadian health and safety laws, policies, processes, and standards
Recommend consistent Ontario and Quebec policies, standards, and priorities
Support managers with prevention programs, activities, and monitoring




Analyze trends and data to create targeted action plans
Manage CNESST and WSIB claims with external providers
Requirements: University degree or equivalent health and safety experience
Five to eight years in health, safety, and well-being
Bilingual English and French communication, written and oral
Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license; qualified designation is an asset
