Give & Go seeks a Production Area Lead for day-to-day operations in an assigned area. You will assign work, mentor employees, support production and quality goals, and drive safety performance. The position requires front-line manufacturing leadership experience, HACCP or GMP knowledge, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities: Organize staffing and assign work to shop-floor personnel
Execute production schedules and monitor production standards
Report incidents, hazards, equipment deficiencies, and deviations
Ensure GMP, food safety,



and company policy compliance
Facilitate meetings, training, shift reporting, and trials
Requirements: High school diploma completion
Minimum five years front-line production leadership experience
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and lean manufacturing
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and training abilities
Bring production leadership, safety focus, lean manufacturing knowledge, and team guidance to Give & Go’s assigned plant area.
