Lead Saje’s retail business through people leadership, business acumen, and community service in a Store Manager position focused on wellness.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads all store operations and develops Team Members. This role combines operational leadership, analytical skills, strategic planning, and a people-centric approach. You will support productivity, profitability, and consistent in-store experiences aligned with Saje’s culture and values.
Key Responsibilities: Attract, hire, train, develop, and retain Team Members
Create annual and quarterly strategies for business growth
Track revenue, conversion, loyalty, labour, and other KPIs
Maintain product knowledge and presentation standards
Build community outreach and strengthen Saje’s culture
Requirements: Deep understanding of the retail environment
Proven leadership experience with retail Team Members
Solid business acumen and analytical skills
Passion for wellness and everyday wellness practices
Solutions-focused stamina and positive attitude
