Schlegel Villages seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to support residents through personalized care and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will administer medications and treatments, follow care plans, and report changes in resident well-being. The role also includes updating care plans, supporting transfers, and collaborating with the Neighbourhood Physician during weekly rounds.
Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Follow care plans and report resident changes
Advocate for resident participation in care decisions




Support resident move-ins and hospital transfers
Update care plans after physician rounds
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Existing Heart Save Level of CPR
Proficient communication and computer skills
Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Check and Tuberculosis screening
Understanding of retirement and long-term care regulations
Bring accurate medication administration, care planning, and resident advocacy to Registered Practical Nurse practice at Taunton Mills.
