The E-Commerce Manager oversees in-store e-commerce operations and supports company-wide objectives. You will manage order processing, packing, shipment preparation, stock areas, and fulfillment requests. Success requires communication, accuracy, multitasking, and proficiency with e-commerce platforms and Microsoft D365/Office.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee order processing, packing, and outbound shipment preparation
Assign and monitor incoming e-commerce fulfillment requests
Resolve quantity and quality discrepancies with appropriate adjustments
Report productivity, challenges, and workflow improvements daily




Improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Requirements: Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage, schedule, and motivate staff independently
Solid written and verbal communication with attention to accuracy
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and Microsoft D365/Office
Ability to lift cartons or bags over 30 pounds
Bring operational leadership, fulfillment accuracy, and e-commerce platform proficiency to Sporting Life’s in-store online order operations.
