Develop clients through outbound business development and networking
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and placements

Advise clients and candidates within defined specializations
Requirements: Three-plus years of agency staffing or recruitment experience
Proven 360 permanent recruitment experience
Success generating clients and permanent job orders
Solid sourcing, candidate management, and placement-closing capability
Commercial instincts and autonomous, metrics-driven working style
