They are looking for a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead their production team.YOUR MISSIONSYour Role :Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities while managing a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing production employees;Planning manufacturing activities according to production priorities;Ensuring quality, cost and delivery objectives are achieved;Monitoring operational KPIs and driving performance;Overseeing warehouse, receiving and shipping activities;Promoting a safe and positive work environment;Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S,
