Requirements: Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
Completed CSI mutual fund branch management exam, or write within four months
Three years’ people management experience
Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset and digital channel ability
