As a Mobile Technician in Engineering and Technical Services, you provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs for equipment and systems. The work includes facility mechanical and electrical systems, installed building equipment, and facilities. You will follow defined procedures, work under close supervision, and use straightforward communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors. Energy management, work-order tracking, installation support, and compliance inspections are also part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment
Assist with installing and modifying building equipment and systems




Review work orders and estimate required time and materials
Support energy management and productive system operation
Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance
Requirements: Ability to follow defined procedures and processes
