Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach teams on the sales floor
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
Monitor metrics and implement performance action plans
Recruit talent, plan succession, and manage development
Maintain inventory, compliance, procedures, and presentation standards
Requirements: Three or more years of team management experience
Fashion retail experience or equivalent preferred
Robust communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High school diploma and systems proficiency required
