Build Finance AI solutions onsite in Toronto with TD, using Python, SQL, and generative AI to deliver trusted business insights.
As a Data Scientist II, you will help Finance AI2 develop responsible, scalable analytics and AI solutions. You will partner with Finance business teams, TD Data, technology, risk, and governance stakeholders. Your work spans prompt engineering, context design, data preparation, evaluation, visualization, and operationalization.
Key Responsibilities: Identify high-value Finance generative AI and Copilot use cases
Design, test, and operationalize AI-powered solutions
Develop reusable prompts, agents, grounding, and workflow integrations
Evaluate solution quality, accuracy, reliability, and adoption




Communicate recommendations through data visualization and storytelling
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant data science experience
Robust Python or PySpark and SQL skills
Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval techniques
Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and model risk
Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
Apply data science, Python, SQL, and generative AI expertise to modernize Finance decision-making at TD in Toronto.
