Embark on your engineering career as an Entry Level Geotechnical Engineer with WSP in the GTA West Group. Support geotechnical investigations and influence future infrastructure projects across Ontario, combining passion and purpose.

In this position, you will work closely with experienced engineers to supervise geotechnical investigations and contribute to a variety of engineering projects. Your primary responsibilities include performing tests and analyses, from borehole drilling to slope stability evaluations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate solutions for public and private sector clients, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise geotechnical investigations and drilling activities
• Assist in laboratory testing coordination and analysis




• Complete geotechnical analyses under senior guidance
• Provide technical support on field investigations
• Help prepare proposals and engineering reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• 1–3 years of geotechnical consulting experience
• Eligible for Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration
• Robust technical writing and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
