Manage DTC, FED, and BNY settlement transactions across equities, bonds, repos, and securities lending activities. Monitor settlement delivery and resolve trade issues.
This Extended Back Office Associate manages pending transactions across primary and secondary markets. The work covers government issues, corporate bonds, triparty activity, and asset backed securities. You will also follow up on CAD and MXN trade issues with agent banks.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor settlement delivery for equities and physical OSTs
Monitor convertible bond issuance settlements
Verify settlement instructions reach custodians properly
Escalate failed transactions to front office teams
Manage IT issues and accounting suspense items
Requirements: Experience managing settlement transactions across financial markets
Knowledge of equities, repos, and securities lending activities
Ability to monitor global positions in real time
Capability to investigate settlement and payment discrepancies
Understanding of collateral, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
Apply settlement monitoring, trade issue follow-up, and securities lending expertise across DTC, FED, and BNY operations.
