Coordinate T-Link product supply from Tolko’s Vernon head office using Excel, inventory analysis, and clear communication. Support shipments and customer requirements.
As Product Coordinator, T-Link, you will manage supply information, inventory levels, and receiving and shipping activities. The position supports working capital, on-time shipment, and solid relationships across sales, reloads, and mills. You will also identify process enhancements, address product issues, and recommend actionable changes when challenges arise.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and communicate product supply information
Manage receiving and shipping across the T-Link network
Balance and reconcile inventory at T-Link locations




Process reman and external purchase shipments
Maintain inbound order files with mills and reloads
Requirements: Post-secondary business, forestry, or manufacturing education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excel formulas, pivot tables, and lookup experience
Understanding of accounting and supply chain principles
Experience with customer relationships and conflict management
Bring inventory coordination, Excel expertise, and problem-solving skills to Tolko’s T-Link operations in Vernon, British Columbia.
