Build member relationships and deliver customized financial solutions as a Senior Financial Advisor at Servus Credit Union’s Legacy Branch in Calgary. This full time role is on-site.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will develop long-term trust with members and support their financial fitness. You will identify suitable products, discuss immediate needs, and maintain knowledge of retail banking and investment services. The position emphasizes sales, referrals, communication, and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Match members with products supporting their financial fitness
Meet sales targets and referral goals
Assist business development and branch marketing campaigns
Promote referrals to Wealth Management and Business Banking
Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements: At least two years of retail banking experience
High school diploma
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Post-secondary Finance education preferred
Investment Funds in Canada Course and License preferred
Use financial services knowledge, communication, and relationship-building skills to serve members at Servus Credit Union’s Legacy Branch.
