As a Senior Associate, you will execute integrated performance marketing campaigns with your Manager. The work spans paid social, paid search, and potentially programmatic media. You will analyze performance data, support planning, and communicate tactical campaign details across internal, external, and platform calls.
Key Responsibilities: Launch, monitor, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns
Build and traffic campaigns with accurate self quality assurance
Manage daily optimization, budget pacing, and platform troubleshooting
Analyze data and surface risks, signals, and opportunities




Run audience, creative, and bidding experiments
Requirements: Three or more years of paid social media buying experience
Strong working knowledge of paid search
Programmatic media experience considered a solid asset
