Lead warehouse operations from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, using RF systems and material handling equipment safely. Flexibility is expected.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Team Lead performs order picking, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and cycle counts. You support warehouse team members by reinforcing standardized processes, providing training, and addressing workflow concerns. The position also contributes to daily productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform receiving, picking, replenishment, shipping, and cycle counts
Communicate material movement requirements with warehouse team members
Provide training, motivation, and peer support
Lead shift briefings and address team member concerns




Oversee the shift during the supervisor’s absence
Requirements: Three years of warehouse experience operating MHE safely
Experience with RF-based warehouse management systems
Forklift certification from a recognized training provider
Secondary school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
Willingness to attend required training programs
Apply warehouse leadership, RF expertise, and protected MHE operation while supporting accurate, efficient daily warehouse performance.
