This full time, permanent position supports EPCOR Water Services and its digital transformation. You will connect frontline users, business leaders, and technical teams while guiding requirements, solution design, and adoption. The work includes business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering for complex business and technology initiatives
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Develop solution concepts, workflows, and process maps
Support testing, deployment, training,



and change activities
Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Minimum four years of business analysis experience
Experience managing requirements for complex stakeholders and projects
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
Knowledge of SDLC, process mapping, and requirements management
Use business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and digital solution expertise to support EPCOR’s operational priorities in Edmonton.
