Support patient care as a PEI Relief Pharmacist with prescription accuracy, medication reviews, injections, and pharmacy operations across assigned locations.
The Relief Pharmacist assists Pharmacy Managers and Staff Pharmacists across Walmart pharmacy operations. You will accept prescriptions, counsel patients, protect privacy, and follow provincial regulations. The work includes established workflow models, OBWs, SOPs, equipment operation, and collaboration with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure excellent patient experiences and locate merchandise
Accept prescriptions and refill requests from authorized sources
Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely
Counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products
Provide eligible services including medication reviews and injections
Requirements: Pharmacist License
Age sixteen or older
Ability to travel to various locations
Ability to follow Relief Pharmacist program schedules
Ability to operate pharmacy equipment and systems
Bring licensed pharmacy practice, patient counseling, and prescription accuracy to Walmart’s PEI Relief Pharmacist program across assigned locations.
