CMHA York Region is hiring a Bilingual High Intensity CBT Clinician for Ontario Structured Psychotherapy. The clinician treats mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions through telephone, virtual, and in-person sessions. This full time position includes assessment, individual and group therapy, outcome measures, and evidence-based CBT protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Provide treatment and triage or intake assessments
Deliver weekly 60-minute CBT therapy sessions
Apply OSP clinical guidelines across modalities
Interpret symptom and outcome measures




Travel within York Region and South Simcoe
Requirements: Master’s degree in health, mental health, or social services
Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese preferred
Ontario registration authorizing the Controlled Act of Psychotherapy
Three years of individual CBT experience preferred
Valid Canadian driver’s license and required insurance
Apply clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and CBT expertise while supporting Ontario Structured Psychotherapy clients in varied care settings.
