The Manufacturing Engineer/Specialist supports production teams and reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The work combines manufacturing methods, technical drawings, documentation, and root-cause problem solving. You will help develop processes that reflect product designs, vendor capabilities, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Create bills of material and manufacturing methods in Epicor
Resolve production-floor issues through root-cause analysis
Develop explicit work instructions and standard target hours
Issue and revise job travelers from engineering drawings




Support continuous improvement across company departments
Requirements: Manufacturing, mechanical engineering, technologist, or similar education
Experience with 3D and 2D CAD software
Ability to read technical drawings accurately
Minimum two years in a manufacturing-focused role preferred
Strong Excel, MS Office, communication, and teamwork skills
