Sysco seeks a bilingual National Sales Coordinator skilled in French, English, Excel, and national customer onboarding support. This position supports teams across departments.
The coordinator assists Sysco’s National Sales Team with customer onboarding, promotional planning, reporting, bids, tenders, and contracts. The work involves close collaboration with the Centre of Excellence, Merchandising, Operations, and other internal teams. Reports and data insights help sales management make decisions and address operational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative activities for national customer onboarding
Manage the complete bids and tenders process
Generate reports supporting National Sales operations




Coordinate promotions and limited-time offers internally
Maintain, track, and administer contracts
Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Three or more years of related experience
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent
Foodservice distribution experience is an asset
Support Sysco’s national sales operations through bilingual communication, reporting, onboarding, promotional coordination, and contract administration.
