Apply financial modeling and valuation analysis as an Analyst supporting Ardian’s primary, early secondary, and secondary investments.
This Analyst role supports private equity and infrastructure fund and company investments. You will prepare recommendations for Ardian’s global investment committee, conduct research and due diligence, and contribute to customized solutions mandates. The work requires corporate finance knowledge, robust Excel modeling, and clear memo drafting.
Key Responsibilities: Source secondary investment opportunities
Value equity interests in funds and companies
Prepare projections, transaction models, and recommendations
Present analyses to global teams and Investment Committee
Monitor investments and targeted performance development
Requirements: Finance or related degree
.5–2 years’ finance experience
Investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation background
Very strong Excel modeling skills
Strong analytical and memo-drafting abilities
Bring investment analysis, valuation, and financial modeling skills to Ardian’s global private markets investment activities.
