You will provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care according to provincial standards

Implement and evaluate resident care plans
Maintain accurate assessments, plans, and documentation
Teach, delegate,

Requirements: Current provincial Registered Practical Nurse registration
Sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
Solid written and oral communication abilities
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Microsoft Office proficiency and organizational skills
