Calgary-based Junior Financial Analyst work centers on forecasting, Excel analysis, and financial reporting for Alberta Homes at Brookfield Residential.
Support the Finance & Planning function across Calgary, Edmonton, and Alberta. Maintain Vena housing proformas, consolidate monthly unit continuity, update guidance and Business Plan forecasts, and prepare asset reporting. Collaborate with operations and Communities teams to gather inputs, assess lot purchases, and improve financial data processes.
Key Responsibilities: Assist consolidated Homes forecasting and guidance processes
Maintain Vena proformas for actuals and forecasts
Prepare monthly and quarterly Alberta reporting
Forecast lot purchases and lot cashflows
Support Business Plan preparation across Alberta
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Real Estate, or Finance
At least one year of related experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial data skills
Exposure to AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
Apply financial analysis, forecasting, Vena, and advanced Excel skills while supporting Brookfield Residential’s Alberta Homes planning.
